Australia win the series 2-0.

The fourth day seemed to be a tough day ahead for the Kiwis.. Kiwis looked to build from their overnight score of 35 for no loss. It was not long before they lost Redmond for just 18. Ryder, Taylor and How soon followed leaving the Kiwis at 63 for 4. All the first 4 wickets were claimed by Brett Lee. It looked as if there was a procession going on as Kiwis just walked in and walked out of the pitch. Fulton and Flynn also fell in quick successions to Johnson. From 84 for 6 they went to 105 for 7 and then 131 for 8. McCullum was resilient at one end and scored a well made 84 but could manage to take the score just past the 200. Lee picked up 5 wickets while Johnson picked up 3. Haddin was named the man of the match. Kiwis suffered an innings defeat. Australia won by an innings and 62 runs. There were lot of positives for Australia to take from this match like the form of Lee and Haddin who came good at the right time before the series against South Africans. Kiwis on the other end will have lot of thinkings to be done.
